Your Business In Canada – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a subscription to Your Business in Canada (“YBC”) from Lucalex Holdings Inc. (“Lucalex”), you agree as follows:

1. Ownership/License: You acknowledge that Lucalex is the sole owner of the YBC website, all contents therein, and any additional content provided to you (including any content made available as part of your subscription).  When you pay for your subscription, Lucalex hereby grants you a license to use any available content for your own use.  The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not sublicense the content to any other person.  Lucalex may cancel this license at any time by written notice to you.   You may not pass off any such content as your own. 
2. Content: All YBC content is determined by Lucalex in its sole discretion.  Lucalex can change this content at any time without notice to you.  Lucalex makes YBC content available on an “as is, where is” basis without any representation or warranties, and  without recourse to Lucalex.  The content is for educational purposes only.  The content reflects the opinion of Lucalex and those Lucalex works with during its development.  You rely on it at your own risk. The content is not a substitute for professional advice (including legal, accounting, and tax advice).  
3. No Guarantees:  Lucalex in no way represents, warrants, or guarantees that by relying on, or utilizing, the content, that your business endeavor will attain certain financial metrics or profit levels.   You acknowledge that you are responsible for all decisions you make in connection with opening and operating your business. You further acknowledge that starting a business is risky. You understand and accept that risk.
4. Liability Limitations:  Lucalex’s liability under the contract created herein shall be strictly limited to FOUR HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $400.00).  
5. Program Versions:  Lucalex may offer different versions of the subscription at different prices (such as, by way of example, a Light or Full version), as further detailed on the YBC website.  
6. Term/Cancellation: The term of the subscription is a one-time payment. All sales are final and Lucalex shall not refund any subscription fees on cancellation.  
7. Governing Law: The contract created herein is governed by the laws of Ontario, and the laws of Canada, as applicable without regard to the conflicts of law requirements from other jurisdiction. All disputes arising from the contract herein shall be irrevocably submitted to the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You hereby attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
